The listing was transparent and described some minor blemishes and had pictures of the actual watch. Prices was competitive and enticed me to buy. Once ordered, Johnathan was with me every step of the way. Prompt and courteous communication from start to finish. Shipping was lightning quick. I ordered on the weekend, in Australia, and my new watch was in my hands, in Canada, by mid day Wednesday. Packaging was protective but not excessive and overall was a delightful experience.
